A 24 hour notice is requested for
services. Services will be scheduled as the work calendar allows. |

A 48 hour notice is requested for pet services and must be
confirmed. |

|
|
Payment is expected at the conclusion of service. First times
clients must pre-pay. |
| |
|
|
Cost of merchandise and/or any fee is responsibility of client. |
| |
|
|
Deposit may be required. |
| |
|
|
No refunds. |
| |
|
|
EPS will do no work on Client’s behalf that is illegal
or unethical. |
| |
|
|
EPS – Essential Personal Services, LLC does not and
can not transport clients to any destination for any reason.
No exceptions. |

|
|
EPS reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due
to circumstances beyond its control including extreme weather
conditions. |
| |
|
|
EPS reserves the right to refuse a request of service that
is outside the scope of our services. |
| |
|
|
EPS is not responsible for Client dissatisfaction with the
services or merchandise provided by a third party (including
groceries) during the course of EPS – Essential Personal
Services, LLC service. |
