EPS Policies
A 24 hour notice is requested for services. Services will be scheduled as the work calendar allows.
   
A 48 hour notice is requested for pet services and must be confirmed.
   
Payment is expected at the conclusion of service. First times clients must pre-pay.
   
Cost of merchandise and/or any fee is responsibility of client.
   
Deposit may be required.
   
No refunds.
   
EPS will do no work on Client’s behalf that is illegal or unethical.
   
EPS – Essential Personal Services, LLC does not and can not transport clients to any destination for any reason. No exceptions.
   
EPS reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to circumstances beyond its control including extreme weather conditions.
   
EPS reserves the right to refuse a request of service that is outside the scope of our services.
   
EPS is not responsible for Client dissatisfaction with the services or merchandise provided by a third party (including groceries) during the course of EPS – Essential Personal Services, LLC service.
